    1. We are so glad to have you Diane-Marie! Hope to see you every Wednesday!

    1. Jill- we eat lots of apples at our house. Genetically modified apples (or any produce for that matter) terrify me. Do we now need to start approaching Farmers Markets and such and specifically asking if their produce is modified? I am assuming mainstream markets are for sure purchasing modified produce….

      1. Hi Crystal,
These genetically modified apples are not on the market yet. But I’m sure they will be pushed through quickly — before consumers can react. Please click on the link in the post to tell congress how you feel about them!

Stick with organic apples — they don’t have any of the horrible pesticides used on apples either.

  4. Thanks for hosting this each week Crystal! I love looking through everyone’s ideas. This week I have shared a healthy Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Energy Ball recipe that my kids have been devouring all summer. Have a great week!

    1. Jennifer- I will have to check that out! Sounds yum. My youngest is allergic to PB, but everyone else LOVES it.

I am so glad you love the party. Thanks for always participating and I am happy to know you find the ideas shared here useful!

  5. The Kit-Kat Cake looks gorgeous!!! Almost too good to eat, but hey. It’s cake with kit kats. I could get over the beauty as I sliced it. 😉

    1. Adrianne- you crack me up. So true… just slice it, eat it and move on!

Thanks for always sharing something awesome each week!

  6. Thanks for hosting! I’m about to start my own linky next Monday, and I so appreciate how much work goes into them.

The Living So Abundantly post about snacks was one of my favorites last week, too!

This week, I’m sharing tips for saving money on school uniforms, plus a coupon code to save money at Kohl’s on Back to School shopping. Yeah! I need to get more shoes for my kids!

    1. Barb- let me know if there is anything I can do to help you with your new linky. You are right, there is work that goes in to it, but I have help and that is priceless! One of the biggest things is being consistent with the launch time each week. Readers and bloggers count on it to go live consistently around the same time each week. 🙂

Back to school…. Famous Footwear has an awesome BOGO +15% OFF coupon right now. You can print it here: https://crystalandcomp.com/2012/08/famous-footwear-bogo-buy-one-get-one-half-off-plus-15-off-back-to-school/.

Thanks for always linking up here and send me a link to your party so I can add it to my list. 😉
