Thrifty Shopping

Sharing is caring!

There is a new thrift shop here in the DFW area and I like it. Take 2 Thrift shop is located at 333 Bedford-Euless Rd in Hurst.

Their prices are comparable to Goodwill. We’ve actually been in there and purchased about 6 pair of like-new jeans for the twins. Each pair cost less than $4.00 and were all either Old Navy, Levi, or OshKosh brand and all in excellent condition.   They have housewares, children’s clothes, women’s clothes, including cheap womens dresses, shoes, the list goes on and on.

For me, I have a really hard time spending full price on any clothes, especially for myself. If I am at a store, like Target, I browse the clearance racks first to see if I can score a deal.  I feel like I am wasting my money if I pay $30 for one piece of clothing.  So, if you are searching for  womens summer dresses on sale, for example, and just not finding what you’re looking for, or do not find a price that meets your budget, this thrift shop is worth a trip! It is certainly a mommy solution!

Take 2 Thrift is in the process of becoming a non-profit organization and their proceeds support a local charity. So, not only are you finding an amazing deal, but you are supporting a great cause! They do take donations and would be excited to have you come in a shop their racks. (Lots of cute baby clothes too. There were Gymboree, Old Navy and Baby Gap clothes the day I went in!)

I hope you will swing by and check them out.

Take 2 Thrift has no idea I am sharing their store with my readers. You can read my full disclosure statement here.
