Christmas in Cowtown- Local DFW Event
Here in the DFW area, we lovingly refer to the good ol’ town of Fort Worth as Cowtown. It is a term of endearment and certainly said with love.
Altough people in Fort Worth Cowtown do not ride their horses from place to place, well, other than the mounted police officers in downtown, it really is a community of heart felt people. Some may wear boots and spurs, some may wear cowboy hats, and some, dress just like you. It is certainly a town full of good ol’ boys and gals.
Each year the Junior League of Fort Worth puts together a holiday gift market at the Will Rogers Memorial Center, located in the Cultural District. At Christmas in Cowtown you are sure to see some boots and spurs and a gift or two that is perfect for someone on your shopping list.
Christmas in Cowtown will run this year from October 6-8! That is later this week!
You will find 130 carefully selected exhibitors in a beautful holiday setting.
