Weekly Meal Plan 30
Crockpot Spaghetti Roundsteak– served over rice with Pioneer Woman’s Olive Cheese Bread.
To make: Slice your roundsteak into strips. Put them in the crockpot. Pour a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce over it. Add a little water if you want. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs or on high for 4-6.
Crockpot Italian Chicken– served over wide egg noddles and a steamed buttered mixed veggies (from the freezer).
To make: Place frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot. Pour a jar of spaghetti sauce over it. Cook on high for 4-6 hrs or on low for 7-8.
Grilled Margarita Chicken– sliced over a salad and served with buttered (frozen) broccoli.
Cheesy Chicken Pasta Skillet– so yum! One dish meal. Simple ingredient list. Family favorite! I will make dinner rolls from the freezer to go with it.
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
Big boys packed lunches are: (this is our last week of school….yippy!)
Peanut Butter and Nutella Sandwiches
chips
bottled water (with flavor packet to add)
Yogurt Tubes (I freeze them and they are nice, cold, ice cream-like treats!) or apple
*And from time to time mornings are busy and crazy or we run out of bread and lunches do not get packed. In these situations, they eat a hot lunch at school.
Lunch for those of us at home:
Mac and Cheese
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches (the twins are not fans of Nutella)
Leftovers
Hot dogs
We have yogurt, yummy plump strawberries (so good!), watermelon, apple sauce and string cheese for sides.

Blueberry Pancakes
Cinnamon Toast- in the oven (use spray butter- it makes it so much easier!)
Breakfast Pizza- english muffins with scrabbled eggs, bacon bit and cheese- melt in the oven and say yum!
Cinnamon Swirl Bagels and Cream Cheese
Sausage and Pancake on a Stick
After school time is a hungry time at our house…
Homemade Gourmet Taco Dip and chips
Popcorn
Fruit and frozen yogurt tubes
Cinnamon Rice Cakes with peanut butter or Nutella
Anything they can find in the fridge that will not eat them first….
