Weekly Meal Plan 118

Sharing is caring!

What is for dinner at your house this week? We have lots of easy recipes here on Crystal & Co., to help you get dinner on the table if you want to check them out.

Here is what I am feeding my family (while I enjoy Nutrisystem goodness).

Easy Basic Pasta– this is a very easy and basic recipe. (Yes, I am redundant.) I might add some crumbled bacon to it as well. I have some in the fridge I need to use up.

Crockpot BBQ Chicken– super easy. Served with mac and cheese and a dinner salad.

Mexican Rice– this is a family recipe that includes ground beef and rice. It is an easy one skillet meal. I will share the recipe later this week. Served with tortillas.

Taco Soup-this is always a dinner that makes everyone happy.

Taco Soup Tostadas– this is a great way to use up leftovers. Drain the leftover soup and convert it to tacos or tostada filling. Easy and yummy!

Szechuan Beef Stir Fry– we are starting a new beef cooking series with the Texas Beef Council this week. Beef, it’s what’s for dinner.
