Weekly Meal Plan 46
Chicken Cacciatore– using a combination of this recipe and this recipe to make my own version. Served over fettuccine noodles with warm bread on the side.
Bacon Tomato Ranch Pasta– excited to make and take this. We have a busy Tuesday night with sports practice for the twins. We are going to picnic-it!
Indiana Chowder– we have not had this in forever. This is a great one pot meal!
Broccoli Cheese Soup and Bread Bowls– found this awesome soup recipe that looks super simple. I am going to make it in the crockpot. The bread bowls… I am not a bread maker, but gotta give it a shot.
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

Big Boys Lunch:
PB&J sandwich or PB&Nutella sandwich or summer sausage/cheese/crackers
pretzels or chips
cream cheese and wheat thins
apple or banana
string cheese
bottle of water and flavor packet
(they are starving growing boys… can you tell?)
The twins start Mothers Day Out this week (3 days a week). So for their lunches I will pack:
PB&J sandwich or hard boiled eggs or summer sausage/cheese/crackers
chips or pretzels
fruit snacks (totally junk food, but thought I would treat them)

Biscuit egg sandwiches
summer sausage/cheese/crackers
baked cheese tots
carrots and ranch dip
popcorn
