Weekly Meal Plan 121

Sharing is caring!

Running a little behind this week. I always try to share my meal plan with you guys each Monday, but I have failed this week. I know you’ll forgive me.

Would you be shocked if I told you we’re still unpacking from Spring Break? We had a fantastic time, by the way.

Learned a pretty big lesson on our getaway. I will share soon. There is a message in it for you as well.

What am I feeding my family this week, you ask?  Here is our meal plan.

how to meal plan

Indiana Chowder– this is an easy goulash type dinner.   And it is beefy. You like beef, right? Serve it by itself or with a dinner salad and bread.

Breakfast– is this not the funnest. My kids think it is a treat and really breakfast is so easy. Perfect for a busy school night… when kids might have baseball practice. And homework.

Baked Ranch Chicken– served with a veggie and mac and cheese.

Crockpot Italian Chicken served over noodles and with bread and a salad.

Crockpot Sloppy Joes perfect for a busy school night. Served with tater tots and baked beans (from a can).

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

Want more easy recipes. I have an index here on Crystal & Co., that are broken down by category. They are all perfect for busy moms.
