Weekly Meal Plan 52

Sharing is caring!

We have a crazy busy week ahead of us. Lots of school projects due this week (have I mentioned I feel like I am the 6th grader these days) and an ill child. This should be fun!

Puerto Rican Stew this is really good and a traditional dish. Served with rice and red beans. (I do not brown the meat beforehand, I just toss it all in a pot and boil until done.)

Shepherd’s Pie– this is an awesome casserole with meat, potatoes and veggies all in one. And we love comfort food!

Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs- served with french baked bread and salad.
