Weekly Meal Plan 52
Puerto Rican Stew– this is really good and a traditional dish. Served with rice and red beans. (I do not brown the meat beforehand, I just toss it all in a pot and boil until done.)
Shepherd’s Pie– this is an awesome casserole with meat, potatoes and veggies all in one. And we love comfort food!
Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs- served with french baked bread and salad.
Garlic Chicken Pizza– yum!
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

PB and Nutella or PB and Jelly or sausage/crackers/cheese
chips or pretzels
apple or grapes
celery and peanut butter or carrots and ranch
string cheese
bottle of water and flavor packet
1 pc of Halloween candy
The twins are in Mothers Day Out (3 days a week). So for their lunches I will pack:
PBJ or Spaghetti-o’s (in a thermos)
chips or pretzels
apple juice box
1 pc of Halloween candy

Scrambled eggs and bacon
Maple and brown sugar oatmeal (homemade)
Malto Meal- YUM!!!
Waffles topped with Nutella instead of syrup
cheese, sausage and crackers
popcorn
pizza bites
