Weekly Meal Plan 127

Sharing is caring!

What is for dinner at your house this week?

As the school year comes to an end and everyone has spring fever, do you find it more difficult to stay motivated about cooking? Eating out sounds so much better, right?

I second that! This is precisely why I try hard to always incorporate as many crockpot meals as possible on my meal plan.

How do you beat the eat out temptations?

Crockpot Salsa Chicken– easy and my kids like it. Served with rice and tortillas.

Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken – served with noodles and a dinner salad.

Pancakes– my kids love breakfast for dinner.

Baked Teriyaki Salmon– this will be easy. I have the idea in my head and will use a method similar to this Asian Salmon recipe.

Crockpot Ravioli– a favorite at our house and one of my most viewed recipes. Served with a dinner salad and bread.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

  1. My kids love Tilapia! I just dip in in flower, pepper, salt and anise seeds and then fry it in butter. I also like to use it in fish tacos. Tomorrow we are having Mini Chicken Ricotta Pies. Thursday; Turkey Burgers. Friday; Homemade Pizza with Zucchini. Your Teriyaki Salmon sounds great. Thanks for sharing!

  2. We all agreed that we’ll only have Sundays as Pizza day or Fast food day. I always make it to a point that I’d get to cook for them. Later, we’ll have grilled chicken with potatoes and salad. I would love to try your crackpot Salsa chicken. Sounds yummy! 🙂 Thanks!
