Twin Tips- A List of Gratitude From a Mom of TRIPLETS (guest post)
Today Angela, who is a mom of two year old triplets and is on our Twins {& MORE} Board, shares her list of gratitude. No matter how crazy life can be with multiples we always have something to be grateful for.
My current \”Thank you\” list:
1. I am thankful every day for three sets of smiles and giggles! Although we are certainly still in the middle of the so-called \”terrible twos\” and tantrums and meltdowns are common right now, the triplets are easily amused and distracted. There is nothing like three, two-year-old giggles to improve your day.
2. I am thankful for having a built-in playgroup! When my oldest was 2 and a half, he required us to entertain him constantly – who else was he going to play with but mom and dad? The triplets have each other, and they have reached an age now where they are really starting to interact. They talk to each other (don’t ask me what they are saying!) and make up little games, and keep each other occupied for hours on end.
3. I am thankful for \”Dora the Explorer\”! I hate to be thankful to a TV show, but the triplets adore Dora right now, and the minute I turn on that show, all tears, tantrums, and grumpiness disappear almost instantaneously. It’s miraculous, really. We don’t watch it much – we like to save it for special occasions, when it is REALLY needed.
4. I am thankful for being granted patience and energy – both of which are needed – in abundance – to raise three toddlers!

Thanks for reminding me of the joy of giggles. I love how our twin girls can feed off of the laughter and energy of each other. It is always fun to watch them interact with each other and see how they can make each other laugh.
