Real Easy Recipes: Founders Favorite Cookie Blackberry Sundae #IScream4ID
Do you know how easy it is to take vanilla ice cream to a whole new level? With just a few simple ingredients you can think outside of the box and make a super tasty and fun sundae.
I am an ice cream junkie and I love adding fresh fruit to it. Especially strawberries or blackberries.
Today we took ice cream and added in one of International Delight’s newest flavors and made our own sundaes. I am going to show you how simple this is and how you can do it too.

Ingredients:
- your favorite vanilla ice cream
- one mini chocolate chip cookie for each sundae you’re making
- 1-2 T Cold Stone Founder’s Favorite Brownie Sundae coffee creamer, per sundae
- 1/2 c fresh ripe blackberries
Gather up your ingredients and the cups you plan to use for the sundaes.
Bake up your mini chocolate chip cookies.
I made it simple and just used the break and bake type.
Perfection.
Scoop up 1-2 scoops of ice cream into each cup.
Grab your Cold Stone Founder’s Favorite Brownie Sundae creamer.
Pour 1-2 T of creamer over the ice cream in each cup.
More or less if you want.
Drop in 3-5 blackberries into each ice cream cup.
Top the sundae with a fresh out of the oven cookie.
And enjoy!
I like to eat the cookie first.
Then use my spoon to mix the fresh fruit, ice cream and coffee creamer together in the cup.
I love the way fresh berries taste in ice cream.
