(How many times have you been online doing something and as soon as another person gets on another computer and starts downloading a video your connection stalls. I have been there when we had really spotty internet. It was torture.)
I cannot tell you how often I have done a Google+ hangout and my internet would freak out and the entire hangout shut down. Talk about frustration for everyone involved!
You know what my internet providers solution was? They seriously told me to use the internet less to prevent the issue from reoccuring. Are you laughing? I did.
My solution was Fiberoptic internet and let me just say, there was an instant 100% improvement. Since moving to Fiberoptic internet roughly six months ago, I have not had one problem whatsoever. Whatsoever. And I am on the internet all day long. We are an internet family. We have had 3-5 devices using internet all at the same time with no issues. My understanding is Fiberoptic is dedicated internet that only you use where traditional internet does not work that way.
