Easy Dinner Ideas: Breakfast for Dinner with #TysonBreakfast

Sharing is caring!

Do you remember last month when we made a trip to Sam’s Club to grab the Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls? I told you that I would be using this to make an easy breakfast for dinner solution for busy school nights.

And that is just what we did.

Three of our boys are playing baseball/t-ball and most weekday evenings are crazy busy with either a game, a practice, or both.

Having breakfast for dinner is a nice treat at our house, how about yours? It is easy and filling.

Here is what we did.

These Tyson Bread Bowls come in a box and are packaged in twos. They pop in the microwave easily.

I prefer to cook things like this in the oven. I set the over to 350 degrees.

I removed all of the bread bowls from the plastic packaging and placed them on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet.

I baked them for 25 minutes,  give or take, or until they were golden brown on top.

While the bread bowls were baking, I prepared a fruit tray.

We used clementines, blackberries, strawberries and grapes.

I also baked a tray of mini pre-made pancakes that I also found in the freezer section of our shopping trip.

These were already sweet, so there was no need for syrup or an extra sticky mess.

Here is how the bread bowls looked when they came out of the oven.

And here was our breakfast for dinner spread.

When my kids see the table set like this they get really excited!

We also had milk, orange juice, bananas and Greek yogurt as options as well.

Everyone made their plates and chowed down happily. This was certainly a mommy solution!

They love when we have breakfast for dinner.

What about your family? What is your favorite breakfast for dinner treat?
