Easiest Ever Christmas Dinner
Where is Christmas dinner at this year for your family?
We are traveling to my oldest brother’s house (he is younger than me, but the oldest boy) to have dinner Christmas evening.
If you are looking for the easiest, and frankly the tastiest ham I’ve ever had, I have the perfect solution for you.
It will make serving Christmas dinner to your family, no matter how large or small, a breeze. And the best part… they will think you spent hours cooking this meal.
For whatever reason I’ve never bad a ham from a HoneyBaked store until this week. And let me tell you, PHENOMENAL!
We grabbed a four pound, bone-in quarter ham from our local Hurst, Texas store.
The serving suggestions state it will serve 6-8 people.
We had this as a family last night and there is still some ham leftover that I can use to make omelets. And trust me, we had very generous sizes.
If you’ve never had one of their hams, you’re in for a treat. There is this crunchy sweet layer of goodness over the top of the ham.
My husband sums it up best- SUPER DELICIOUS!
I served this with two of the HoneyBaked sides they offer at their stores. We did the Orange Basil Glazed Carrots (HOLY COW!!) and the Garlic Mashes Potatoes.
If I can figure out a way to duplicate those carrots at home, I will! Other wise I will be at their store all the time. Orange and basil… who knew? And I am a sucker for yellow carrots.
I just popped the carrots and potatoes in the oven while the ham was warning up. Dinner was done fast!

One word… ok two words, CRAZY GOOD.
I think my husband had three slices. And a glass of milk.
I don’t think dinner could get much easier and there certainly is not once bit of flavor or freshness compromised!
I am 100% on board with grabbing a ham from them on a regular basis. What a perfect dinner option for a busy weeknight or one Sunday after church!
