- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (or the juice of one whole lemon)
- 4-6 Chicken Breasts (or 8 to 10 chicken tenders)
- 1 Gallon Freezer Bag
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a 1-gallon freezer bag. After you seal the bag turn the ingredients around so that everything gets coated. Then freeze flat.
To Cook:
- Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked through. Another cooking option is to drop in the slow cooker on high for 4-6 hours or low for upto 8 hours.
