This idea is one that the kids will love. And, it’s a little punny.
You know those trips to the North Pole make your little guy cold…
Well, Elf is toasty!
If you’re doing this daily Christmas tradition, this idea will only take a couple of minutes.
Grab a piece of bread and run it through the toaster.
Then you can do one of the following….
Cut out the center and put a flameless LED votive light in the middle OR cut out the center and put your elf’s legs through the bread and let him wear the toast around the center of his body.

How Do You Announce the Elf on the Shelf?
Each year ours brings a welcome letter and sometimes a welcome breakfast.
If this is the first time your Elf is arriving, make sure you leave out the book that comes with your Elf and read it to your kids on Day 1. The book will explain to your kiddos how this works and what to expect.
