Elf on the Shelf Printable Planning Calendar
Have you started planning your Elf on the Shelf Ideas for this year? My kids are so excited for Jack and Diane to arrive this year. Yes, we have two elves- a boy elf and a girl elf. Yes, their father is John Cougar MellenELF.
We have created an Elf on the Shelf calendar you can use to plan out your shenanigans and happenings! The best part? It is an editable document that you fill in and print!
Now, before you tell me it is too early to be talking about Elf on the Shelf…. understand you are wrong. It is never to early to start thinking about and mapping out your ideas. This stuff is so much fun! And yes, I know, Jesus is the reason for the season. We just like to have a little fictional Elf on the Shelf fun. My kids know this is all fake. Well, maybe…..
All kidding aside, they know that Christmas really is about the birth of Jesus.

I absolutely love Elf on the Shelf. Thanks so much for sharing this fun printable. It’s going to make our Elf so much more fun this year.
Great idea because sometimes it is too hard to plan what he is going to do next when all you want to do is go to bed!! Loving this!
ROFL!!! Love it Jack and Diane. We never did Elf on the Shelf and now my boys are almost adults. But the printable is adorable.
This is perfect! We are going to be doing this at work and I’ve been trying to think of different places to do it! Thanks for the printable!
It’s that time of year again! Thanks so much for sharing this printable. I will use it!
What a great way to plan out ideas!! I think that would be my worry is to run out of things to do with the Elf on a Shelf.
Love this calendar! Sometimes I will think of an idea for my elf-on-the-shelf and if I don’t write it down right away, I’ll forget. Keeping it on calendar will help me plan it all out on paper!
Wow, you are seriously prepared! I have been avoiding this because I know how much work it is. This is definitely a great tool to have with everything else going on!
What a cute calendar to write down all your plans. Thank you for sharing this printable.
Thanks for sharing a cute printable! We don’t do Elf on the Shelf here in Spain, but it does look a lot of fun. I might take up this tradition next year, thought.
I love this idea. I typically run out of fun ideas by the time Christmas is a few days away.
This is so creative and really cute – plus I find this really cute to look at too – has that christmassy feel to it which is pretty nice.
This is the first year we have a a Elf on the Shelf. I am looking forward to the scenarios he is going to get into.
This is a great printable. I’ve never done Elf on the Shelf before. I thought about doing it though. I think it would be fun to do with the kids.
OH that darn elf; I never remember to move him until I wake up gasping from a sound sleep in the middle of the night. Our home is very open and I can’t move him until I KNOW my boys are asleep… which usually means I’m asleep. I love the idea of a printable though to keep track. I usually have lots of ideas but I’m just bad at following through.
How fun! We’ve never done Elf on the Shelf, but I’m thinking about trying it this year with my boys!
You totally should!!! My kids can’t wait for the shenanigans to begin this year!
We never did Elf on a Shelf in my house, but my cousins do and I bet they would LOVE this! I’ll have to send them the link. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing the link with them! They will love it!
I really want to start the Elf on the shelf this year for my family… I’ll have to print this calendar, thank you!
Great idea! I feel like we get super into “Sammy” (our elf) and do wacky ideas and then within a week, it seems to feel like a chore to keep Sammy’s antics interesting. Having a list of ideas will prevent one of us from waking up at the crack of dawn to stealthily move Sammy before the kids wake up! Visiting from Pretty Pintastic Party.
That’s too funny about your Elves’ names. Thanks for sharing your printable with us at the #HomeMatterParty this week.
