Getting to Know YOU

Sharing is caring!

This is a weekly blogging event over at Mann Land 5…. check her out and check out my answers…

1) Why did you start blogging?

I started blogging to share pictures and stories of my life with four boys with our family. Four boys soon turned into five boys… and my blog became Crystal & Co. It is my soundboard, my outlet for surviving, my therapy.

2) Who’s the one blog friend that you would want to meet most in “real life”?

Probably Jaci. But I can not really just say one… it would be Jaci, Monica, Kim and Kym. We started a ‘friends trying to conceive blog’ back in March 2005. All of our babies are big now… some of us have had more than one since 2005. We’ve never met in ‘real’ life yet still keep in touch.

3) Why are you always concerned with losing that “extra 10 pounds” when chances are your husband/boyfriend/friends tell you that you look just fine the way you are?

Hum… it is not 10 pounds. I would like to lose 10 x 3, because I miss my old body. But after having enough children to fill up a shoe, I should probably just find a great plastic surgeon.

4) What’s the one thing you wish guys could understand about you?

That women are complicated and simple… all in one. Really, that is pretty easy to understand, right?

5) Tattoos. How many do you have and how many are visible when you wear your “everyday” clothes?

No tattoos, but have secretly wanted one for years. Lenny would leave me if I got one… I am certain.

6) What was the best year of your life and why?

1999, the year I became a mother. It changes you- makes you better.

7 ) Name three things you would do if you were a man for one day.

a) pee standing up
b) change the oil in my car
c) not put one stinkin’ dish in the dishwasher!

8) What’s your alcoholic drink of choice that usually raises a few eyebrows?

I am not a drinker, but given the opportunity, shots are fun.

Have you registered for the Crystal & Co giveaway? A body wrap in time for swin suit season and high school reunions. Ends March 31, 2010, at 6:00 pm.

  2. Life Without Pink says:

Oh this is great! I don't have any tattoos either…always wanted one but never had the guts to get it. I am actually glad I didn't because I know I would get something that I would probably regret 🙂
