Easiest Way to Make Snowman Cookies
Are you on the hunt for easy Christmas cookie recipes?
I love when I can take a break and bake cookie dough and create something fun with the kids like these iced Christmas cookies that look just like a snowman.
You will be amazed at how simple these are to create and the kids love them because of all the fun candy pieces on top!
Let me show you how to do this!
Supplies:
- break and bake sugar cookies
- white canned icing
- red Dots candies
- Lifesaver candies
- red decorating icing
- Starburst candies
- Wilton candy eyes
If you love fun cookies like this, I bet you will love my husband’s white chocolate pudding cookies. Super fun!
Bake your cookies according to the package directions.
Once the cookies are cool, smear a nice layer of the white icing over the top of each cookie.
Place the eyes in the upper center section of the cookie. The icing will hold them in place.
Add one Dots candy for the nose.
Take a Starburst and press it out to make it mold-able.
Then roll the Starburst in between your palms to make a snake like-shape.
Position the Starburst on the top curve of the cookie to make it look like the top of ear muffs.
Place two Lifesavers at each end of the Starburst to give the ear covering look of the ear muffs.
Use the red decorators icing to make a smiley face on the snowman.
And there you have it. A precious, and very easy to create, snowman cookie.
What is your favorite iced Christmas cookie creation?

LOVE the snowmen cookies….so very cute
These are so cute. My biggest problem with cookies is that my family can eat them almost as fast as I can get them out of the oven. I’d probably have to bake them in the middle of the night in order to have any left to decorate! Thanks for sharing at Over the Moon. We look forward to seeing you next week.
Very cute. My kids would have so much fun making these. Thanks for joining the Family Joy link party!
