Santa No Bake Christmas Cookies
These are the easiest no bake Christmas cookies you will ever make.
So simple, in fact, your Elf on the Shelf can make them and bring them as a treat to your kiddos!
This is an excellent activity for the classroom too if you’re looking for something for your school class party.
Even our 13 year old enjoyed them! Let me show you how we created them.
(While you’re here make sure you check out all of our easy Christmas cookies recipes! Perfect for Santa!)
Ingredients (for one cookie):
- graham cracker square
- red decorating icing, I like this one that comes with a tip
- 15-20 mini marshmallows
- white icing
- two candy eyes
- red Dots candy or red spice drop
Gather up all of your supplies.
Turn your square graham cracker so that it looks like a diamond.
Smear a nice layer of white icing all over the top of the graham cracker.
Next, take the red icing and fill in the top corner of the diamond with red icing. I love the decorating icing I linked to above because it comes with a round tip to make this step super easy.
The red section should look like the image below. It will look like Santa’s hat.
Add one marshmallow to the tip of the hat so that.
Add the candy eyes and the red candy nose.
Then, use the mini marshmallows to create the beard.
I start by adding a marshmallow to each of the corners.
Then I line the edge of the graham cracker with marshmallows.
Then I fill in any empty spots with marshmallows up to the nose area making it look like Santa’s full beard.
These are super easy!
Enjoy these no bake Christmas cookies as a family, as a treat for your kiddos classroom, as a homeschool activity or as a cookie to leave for Santa!
Everyone will love them.
