Colder weather is here and this is the perfect time to do a penguin unit study with your preschooler and kids.
Here is an amazing collection of P is for penguin craft ideas you can do this winter. These are so much fun.
Some are really, really basic and some are a little more involved, but all of them will be crowd pleasers. Oh, there are delicious snacks too!
These are perfect for homeschool families and mom’s and dad’s looking to supplement their child’s learning at home. (Make sure you check out all of our activities for kids while you’re here. We have tons of them!)

Love this. It will take a while to check out all the wonderful ideas you have shared, but I already know I will try the penguin made with circles with my grandsons. This penguin looks like a character in The Octonauts which my grandsons love to watch. Thanks for compiling such an extensive list of projects!
Believe it not my son just watched Mr. Popper’s Penguins for the first time the other day and has been talking about how cute the Penguins are. So I cannot tell you how excited I am that you put this round-up together! I am going to make some of these Penguin crafts with my son and I am sure he is going to LOVE it! Thank you!
Penguins are so much fun. And winter is the perfect time to explore them and learn more!
Penguins are absolutely adorable so I love all of these posts. Pretty sure my two little girls would enjoy them, too. I know what we might be doing when we have a “what do I do now” moment in the next week or two!
Thanks for sharing!
These are adorable (on a side note- I actually sent this post to our son’s teacher b/c they are planning on studying ‘winter animals’ next week!) 🙂 lol- perfect timing!
That’s so awesome Becky! Thank you!
