Quick Dinner Solution From Tyson Chicken
Tyson Chicken has a quick dinner solution for busy moms like you and me. These also make excellent after-school snacks.
I fancied mine up a little.
You will find these mini sandwiches in the freezer section of your local Walmart. Â They come in boxes of eight.
You have the option to cook them in the microwave, but I prefer to cook them in the oven.
Just place them on a lined cookie sheet.
I baked them on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
I wanted to fancy them up a bit.
Once they came out of the oven I added some mustard, lettuce and cheese slices.
I served them with chips and carrot sticks.
The kids loved them. They thought they were mega chicken nuggets on rolls.
I will say, the bread was tasty and the chicken had excellent flavor and texture.
We will make these again for dinner!
These sandwiches are mommy solutions.
