Real Easy Recipes: White Pizza
Life is about to get hectic with back to school. Be prepared when it comes to dinner. You are going to need real easy recipes that are perfect for busy families. I have a bunch of them here and I am excited to share a new one with you today.
This one is super simple and can be assembled, cooked and on the table in 25 minutes or less.
This white pizza pairs perfectly with fresh fruit and veggies. We like it with apple slices and carrot sticks which makes for a well rounded dinner.
Ready for this easy dinner idea? You’ll certainly want to add it to your weekly meal plan for back to school!
Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerator pizza dough
- 1-2 T garlic, minced (I use the jarred stuff)
- 2 c Italian cheese blend
Spread your pizza dough out on a cookie sheet. I like to cover the cookie sheet in parchment paper to make for easy cleanup.
Add 1-2 T of minced garlic to the dough and spread it out evenly.
Top with cheese. I like the already shredded stuff that has 4-5 different Italian blends in it.
I use two whole cups. Make it as cheesy as you want.
Pop it in the oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden.
Slice it up and serve.
This also makes a fast and easy lunch idea for those of us who homeschool.
Serve with fresh fruit and veggies or even a dinner salad.
How easy is that?
