You’re gonna love this.
You’re not going to believe how easy, budget friendly, yet personalized this gift is.
Perfect as a token of appreciation for your little one’s teacher.
Take a matted picture frame and remove the mat. You can find them inexpensively at stores like Walmart starting at $3.00. The one I bought below was $9.00. Save your craft store coupons and score one at Michael’s, for example, for 40-50% off.
Next, take a photo of the teacher(s) with the student. You can have prints made in minutes inexpensively at most drug stores. For an 8×10 matted frame, it generally holds a 5×7 photo. If you print a photo that is 4×6, just back the photo with a piece of pretty scrapbook paper or card stock that measures the size of the mat photo space. Make sense?
You’ll also want some scrapbook embellishments. You can find these awesome packets that are specifically for each grade level starting with pre- school. In other words, all the embellishment you need, personalized to the grade of your student’s class, all in one little package.
Affix the scrapbook embellishments around the mat.
Insert the photo.
Reassemble the frame.
And you’re done!
A precious keepsake they will cherish forever.
