Twin Tips… Belly Picture Triplet Momma! (link up your pics!)

Sharing is caring!

This week the Twins {& MORE} Board has shared their belly pictures from when we were pregnant. It has been fun to reminisce, share, compare and see that every single belly is different.

Today Angela shares her belly picture from the day she delivered her triplets at 34 weeks and 1 day.

Enjoy her recap below, and then link up and share your pictures as well!

. . . . . .

This photo was taken on the day the babies were born, as we were leaving for the hospital. We were at 34 weeks, 1 day. I had no idea I was this huge until I saw the picture!! The babies were delivered by C-section (we didn’t have a choice with triplets!) and I stayed in the hospital for four days. Kate came home after two weeks, and the other two came home a week after.

They had great birth weights for triplets:

Baby A (Oliver) – 4 pounds, 7 ounces

Baby B (Willa) – 3 pounds, 8 ounces

Baby C (Kate) – 4 pounds, 1 ounce

Oliver was the biggest at birth, but his lungs were not as developed, and he spent a couple of days on the respirator. Since then, he has gradually been surpassed by the girls in weight and height. Today – at 2 years 3 months – he is four pounds lighter and a few inches shorter than his sisters, and people often ask if I have twins plus a younger one!

Angela is mom to 2 yr old triplets, Kate, Oliver & Willa, as well as to their six-year-old big brother, Evan. She and her family live in Austin, TX, and she has been blogging about life with triplets for the past two years. Make sure you check her out over at OMG You Poor Thing where she writes about her journey. (Shout out to Texas mom’s of multiples! )

Now it is your turn!

1) You can prepare a blog post to share your belly with us from when you delivered your multiples. (The post can be new or from the past- maybe you already shared this with your readers… you do not have to reinvent.)

2) If your belly is still growing with multiples inside, share a blog post with your current belly picture.

I can not wait to see what you share with us. Please help spread the word… this is my first link up ever on my site and I know it is very specific….but this can be super fun!

  1. Wow Angela!! You looked amazing! I actually think your belly looked SMALL to have THREE babies in there at 34 weeks. Great job growing those babies, what great weights they were!

  2. I have to agree with Erin. You looked great! I have to give you props for getting three babies that far. At 34 weeks, my body had had it and I only had 2. I cannot imagine how that first year was for you. How wonderful that they were so big and able to come home relatively quickly. So amazing!

  3. Wow.. you look great! I think I was about that big ( possibly bigger) and I only had ONE in there!
