Weekly Meal Plan 128
We are wrapping up the school year as well as baseball/tball season here in North Texas. What about you?
The days are already super warm- we’ve been in the 90’s pretty consistently. Crockpot cooking and grilling is a must when it gets hot.
Here is what I am feeding my family this week.
Crockpot Spaghetti and Meatballs– served with baked bread and a dinner salad.
Grilled Chicken Salad– so simple, just grill up some chicken breast and serve it over your favorite salad. Top with your favorite dressing and you’re done.
Honey Garlic Chicken in the Crockpot– super easy and served over rice. A green veggie as a side and maybe some fruit.
Honey Catalina Chicken– this recipe is two ingredients. Does it get any easier than that? Served with mac and cheese and carrot sticks.
Coconut Rice and Beans– this is such an easy peasy meal.
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
