Weekly Meal Plan 147
What is for dinner at your house this week? Do you struggle with meal planning?
Try incorporating easy recipes into your meal plan. Recipes that require little babysitting and have short ingredient lists will make all the difference in the world. You’ll get dinner on the table for your family and avoid those drive thru lines!
Crockpot Hot and Sour Soup and Crockpot Fried Rice– my husband and two of our kids are experiencing stuffy noses, sore throats and just over all not feeling well. This soup is perfect for opening your sinuses and helping you feel better.
Homemade Chicken Noodles Soup– as I suspect with all the weather change sore throats and stuffy noses are going to last a while. I am going to try a crockpot version of the recipe.
Puerto Rican Stew– served over rice. This is a winter and fall favorite at our house.
Lentil Tacos– served with Puerto Rican rice.
Lime Garlic Butter Salmon– so easy! Served with couscous and steamed broccoli.
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
