Weekly Meal Plan 21

Sharing is caring!

Spring Break week and cooking will be in moderation at Crystal & Co this week. Both of the big boys are off on vacation adventures, and the twins eat like birds. So, much of my meal planning will be very easy.

Here are the plans.

Bisquick Pancakes– have you ever made pancakes using Bisquick? They are really good. And on the back of the box, there is not only a traditional pancake recipe, but also a ‘supreme’ version where you add sugar and vanilla for even more melt in your mouth pancakes. So yummy! Click above for the online version of the recipe.

Fruit Loops (Target brand of course)

Clabber Girl Baking Powder Biscuits and jelly

Eggs like Grandma makes (to quote Nicholas). He woke up this morning and asked Lenny and me to make him eggs like Grandma makes (Lenny’s mom). We said how does she make them? He told us you take eggs and put them in a bowl. You pour some milk in there. Then you squirrel it around (not swirl, squirrel) put some cheese on it and you make them eggs. Lenny knew exactly what he was talking about. He got his eggs… it was cute.

No packing lunches this week… so here are our lunch choices:

Mac and Cheese

Corny dogs

ABC’s and 123’s

Spongebob Soup

We have grapes, apple sauce, celery and carrots for fruit/veggie choices.

HG Taco Dip– if I have said it once, I’ve said it 100 times, this stuff is good. Serve it with tortilla chips.

Pizza Rolls– company favorite afternoon snack!

Velveeta Cheesy Dip– with chips.

Popcorn

Chicken Nachos– this is so flipping easy. Take leftover chicken (or a rotisserie chicken) and shred it. Spread tortilla chips out on a cookie sheet. Layer the shredded chicken on the chips. Take a can of pinto beans and drain them. Rinse too, if you want. Layer them on top of the chicken. Layer with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 until the cheese is melted. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, jalapenos, hot sauce, or whatever suits your fancy.

Crockpot Polynesian Chicken– so excited to try this. Steamed rice on the side.

Crockpot Ravioli– totally stoked about this one too. I am using frozen cheese raviolis instead of the beef. French garlic bread on the side.

Cheesy Penne Pasta and Chicken– love this! Ready in 30 minutes. It is from the Kraft website and if you have not checked this site out you need to. Love it for quick recipe ideas.

**If you are looking for more recipe ideas, check out Org Junkie. This week over 400 people have submitted their meal plans with recipes. Check her site out, it’s a great place to start.
