Weekly Meal Plan 27

Sharing is caring!

I am going to change things up a bit with the way I share my meal plans. Up to this point I have shared my meals in the order which I serve them…. breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and then dinner.

Let’s face it, while there are readers that want ideas for breakfast, lunch and snacks, not everyone is running a daycare like I often feel like I am. Most people really want dinner ideas and dinner recipes. So, starting this week I will list my weekly meal plan in the following order: dinner, lunch, breakfast and then our afternoon snack at the end. Those who want fast access to dinner ideas and recipes this will all be at the top… for your viewing pleasure. 🙂

HG Crockpot Sticky Chicken (a.k.a Apricot Chicken)- served with skillet potatoes, mixed steamed veggies (frozen) and dinner rolls.

Kraft Chicken Pasta Skillet– if you have not tried this, you have no idea what you’re missing. It takes 30 minutes to make… even less if you use leftover chicken or a deboned rotisserie chicken. Everything in one skillet. So wonderful!

Crockpot Lime Honey Mustard Drumsticks– served with steamed rice and buttered steamed broccoli (frozen).

HG Crockpot Enchilada Chicken– served with Puerto Rican rice and tortillas.

Black Bean and Chicken Quesadillas– using the leftover chicken, add a can of drained black beans, drained canned corn, a can of undrained rotel tomatoes and a can of sliced black olives drained. Mix together and fill tortillas and warm on a griddle. Add cheese as well if you like Yum!!

Leftover Buffet– use them up!
