Weekly Meal Plan 31

Sharing is caring!

It has gotten very hot here in Texas. We’ve already reached high 90’s each afternoon. Great for our business, but not great when dinner time rolls around and we heat up the kitchen. So I am grilling and crockpot cooking as much as possible. (And it is not even June yet….)

Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken– this looks so good! I can not wait to try it. I’ll serve garlic bread on the side.

Crockpot Chicken Broccoli Divan– this sounds great! I will serve it with frozen dinner rolls and some watermelon! yum-o

Kelli’s Loaded Chicken Breasts– we love these! Going to try making them on the grill. Marinate them in the sauce and then not put the toppings on until the very end. Served with mac and cheese and some dinner rolls.

Mediterranean Chicken– this so really good! I am going to grill the chicken breasts and then saute the other stuff on the stove as indicated before serving it over the pasta. It is delish! Once of my favorite meals.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

Now that school is out no more packing lunches! A hot lunch for everyone!

Baked chicken nuggets
Spaghetti O’s
Homemade pepperoni pizza
Baked fish sticks
Corn dogs

For sides we have strawberries, cheese sticks, yogurt, apples, apple sauce or baked tator tots.

Now that school is out- hot breakfast for everyone!

Blueberry bagels with cream  cheese
Baked Cinnamon French Toast Sticks (Walmart brand- frozen)
Breakfast Pizza- english muffins with scrabbled eggs, bacon bit and cheese- melt in the oven and say yum!
Blueberry Pancakes (frozen)
Blueberry Waffles

Afternoon snacks:

Homemade Gourmet Taco Dip and chips
Cereal bars or granola bars and fruit
Honey Bunches of Oats (they all love cereal!)
Popcorn on the stove
Trail mix
