Weekly Meal Plan 32

Sharing is caring!

BBQ Pepper Jack Cheese Chicken Breasts– throwing these on the grill and serving steamed buttered veggies and watermelon slices.

Crockpot Spaghetti and Meatballs– making the meatballs by hand and cooking them in the crockpot covered in about half a jar of sauce. About 2-3 hours before we eat I will add another jar and a half to the crockpot. Boil noodles on the stove and avoid heating the oven all together.

Grilled Salmon– the recipe is for baking, but I will wrap the fillets in foil and slap them on the grill. Served with buttered steamed broccoli and dinner rolls.

Crockpot Coconut Red Beans and Rice–  I can not wait to try this! I will grill some pork chops to go with it.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

The crockpot beans and rice looks great! Good complement to pork chops.
