Weekly Meal Plan 33

Sharing is caring!

Summer time means hot, hot, hot but it also means lots of delicious fresh fruits and veggies. And my fridge is stocked! Below is our meal plan for this week.

Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken– we had this a few weeks ago and it is  a.m.a.z.i.n.g!!! This time I think I will add some pine nuts to it as well. Deliciously, light, summer meal! Served with fresh fruit.

Grilled Salmon– this is a carry over from last week since I decided to make a week night trip to a local seafood restaurant and get out of the house! So, this meal was never made. Nonetheless, I am really excited to make this. Served with buttered steamed broccoli, and steamed rice.

Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore– excited about this! Served over wide egg noodles with french bread and fresh fruit.

One Skillet Chicken and Pasta Meal one of my favorite meals that is ready in less than 30 minutes.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

Mac and cheese
Homemade pepperoni pizza
Corn dogs
Cheese and bean nachos
Leftovers

For sides we have tons of fresh fruit: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, apples, peaches and grapes. We also have cheese sticks, frozen yogurt tubes, apple sauce, carrot sticks and baked tator tots.

Cold Cereal- two mornings
Homemade Gourmet muffins
Blueberry Pancakes (frozen)
Bacon and eggs

Everyone gets hungry at our house between lunch and dinner. This is what we eat:

Cereal bars or granola bars
Wheat Thins and strawberry cream cheese
Pizza bites
Fresh fruit
Trail mix
