Taco Salad– ground hamburger meat, pinto beans, chips, cheese, lettuce tomatoes, salsa and sour cream.

Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad– one dish meal and so yummy! Perfect for using up summer veggies!

Crockpot Asian Fried Rice– using leftover chicken from dinner a while back that I stashed in my freezer.

Grilled Asian Salmon– with salad and steamed California veggies (from a bag, just stick them in a foil packet while frozen with salt and pepper and butter and they will cook on the grill with the fish)

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

Chicken and Cheese Nachos- take a rotisserie chicken from the deli and shred. On a baking sheet lay out your chips. Top with chicken and cheese and bake until melted.

Ham and cheese sandwiches- two days

For sides we have chips,  grapes, watermelon, celery and peanut butter, carrotts, yogert and and mandarin orange cups.

Waffles and peanut butter

Oatmeal

Cold cereal- two mornings
Pancakes

Apple sauce and string cheese
Granola bars and fruit
Wheat Thins and cream cheese

Granolla Trail Mix
