Back to school is around the corner! Are you ready? Excited for school to start or a little sad? Share your thoughts with me!
Chicken Broccoli Braid– oldy but goody. I have not made this in years! Served with fresh fruit.
Meatloaf– as inspired by one of my Facebook readers. She uses turkey, but I am going to stick with beef. Something else she does is use Ritz Crackers instead of breadcrumbs! I am going to bake this using a muffin pan- makes it fun and it will cook in about 30 minutes! Mashed potatoes and steamed veggies on the side.
Chicken Cordon Bleu– this recipe link was sent to me by one of my Facebook readers as well. Perfect, because I have ham and swiss cheese that I need to use up. Served with steamed veggies and fresh fruit.
Rosemary Citrus Pork Tenderloin– this is a Homemade Gourmet recipe. Sounds so yum. It is pre-assembled in my freezer and just needs to be defrosted and plopped into the crockpot. I’ll bake some zucchini and squash with some olive oil and salt and pepper. Some dinner rolls would be good too!
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

Corny dogs
Fish sticks
Spaghetti o’s

Waffles and peanut butter
Oatmeal
Apples and peanut butter
Apple sauce and string cheese
