Crockpot Smothered Pork Chops– served with olive cheese bread, some mixed steamed veggies and mashed potatoes.
Bacon, eggs and biscuits– breakfast for dinner always makes the kids happy!
Garlic Lime Tilapia– really excited to try this simple and healthy dish. I will serve it with steamed veggies, steamed rice and a salad.
Crockpot BBQ Sandwiches– this is super awesome and easy. Just take a roast and cover it in bbq sauce and cook it for 6-8 hours in the crockpot. Once done, shred the meat and serve it on hamburger buns. Prepare tator tots in the oven and some baked beans and dinner is done. So yummy!
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
