Weekly Meal Plan 68
Think healthy this week…. yucky sicknesses are still going around at my house. Ugh!
Cookout– we are supposed to go to a hamburger, hot dog cookout this week… if everyone in our house is over all of their sicknesses.
Crockpot Lasagna– great way to hide some yummy veggies. I will use ground hamburger and ground pork. Served with salad and french bread.
Cowboy Calzone– this is a Pioneer Woman recipe. I am not a calzone fan, but since I am on a diet I thought it would be fun to make for the kids. Served with a side salad. The recipe is in her cookbook, it does not appear to be on her website. Basically it is her pizza crust recipe, made into pockets, and stuffed with a ground beef, sausage and cheese mixture. My kids will love it. If you need or want the recipe, email me and I will be happy to share.
Grilled Asian Salmon– served with steamed rice and a steamed veggie.
Connie’s Mexican Mess– my kids love this. All in one meal. Yum!
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

We did crockpot lasagna last week, using this recipe:

I liked that you didn't need to pre-brown the ground beef.
