Weekly Meal Plan 70

Sharing is caring!

I have been meal planning for 70 weeks and I can say it has made my life so much easier! Are you meal planning? How is it going? How do you show off your menu? Here is a list of 14 ways to display your menu–  some crafty, some simple, most are very inexpensive.

Here is what Crystal & Co., is eating this week….

Homemade Chicken Fingers–  served with a steamed veggie and mashed potatoes.

Scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Biscuits– it is always such a treat for the kids to have breakfast for dinner. And it is rather easy to prepare- the bacon takes the longest.

Grilled Chicken Salad– season your chicken breasts with your favorite seasoning and grill them up.  Serve it over a nice salad and you have a very healthy dinner. (Check your salad dressing aisle for a delicious fat free or low fat salad dressing and try to only use 2-3 tablespoons. It goes further than you think.) My kids actually really like this dinner- healthy and all. Give it a try.

BBQ Ranch Chicken Tostadas– these look so good! I may change things up a bit, just so the flavor is not too different for my picky eaters. The avocado salsa that you top these tostadas with looks so yum! Served with Spanish rice and refried beans.

Salmon with Hoisin Glaze– I’ve made these before and the ingredient list is simple, they cook up fast, and they are incredible! Served with steamed rice and steamed buttered broccoli.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

What is on your menu this week? Have a yummy recipe you want to share with me? I am all ears!
