Spring Break is over and everyone is back to school this week. Here is what we are cooking at Crystal & Co.
I want to know what is on your menu this week, but first I want to share an awesome deal saving site with you!
Check out WeeklyPlus.com. They offer local deals for your area. A new deal each day and you have 7 days to decide if you want to take advantage of the deal or not. Like meal planning, this is another way to save money and stay within your monthly budget. I’ve signed up– you should too! It is very simple to do.
Grilled Chicken Salad– this is so healthy and yummy. Grill up some chicken breasts and serve it over a veggie filled salad. My kids really like this. We’ll have pears as a side as well.
Crockpot Candy Chicken– the kids will be excited. This is one of their favs! 🙂 Served with steamed rice and mixed veggies.
Crockpot Spaghetti and Meatballs– I like easy dinners like this. Make the sauce in the crockpot and toss in some freezer store-bought meatballs. Served with french bread.
Beef and Black Bean Taco Bake– I will make Puerto Rican rice and a salad as sides.
Hamburger on the Grill– the weather is just so beautiful in North Texas right now. Served with baked beans and baked tator tots.
