Weekly Meal Plan 80

Sharing is caring!

Before I share this weeks menu,I want to  make sure I remind you of my $200 USD  giveaway  that is going on right now. For real! The winner gets to choose $200 transferred to their PayPal account, or $200 Amazon gift certificate, or a $200 American Express gift card. For real my friend!

The menu….

Again, my menu is geared towards easy and fast because four of our five boys are playing baseball right now. This means a different practice just about every school night and I do not want to be in the kitchen for hours.

Crockpot Ravioli– this is so awesome. An alternative method is to place frozen raviolis in a 9×13 pan and cover in spaghetti sauce and cheese and bake for 30-45 minutes. Serve with french bread and dinner salad and dinner is done.

Crockpot Baked Potatoes– we will top the potatoes with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits, etc. Served with deli style sandwiches.

Crockpot Sloppy Joe’s– my children are so happy that I am doing Nutrisystem right now because they are in Sloppy Joe heaven. I am not a Sloppy Joe fan, but this is like meal of the year to them. You just place the ground hamburger meat in the crock and cover in a can of Sloppy Joe mix. This cooks up really fast- it is generally done after 2 hours on high. Served on buns and with baked beans and fruit as a side.

Cheesy Chicken and Salsa Skillet– this cooks in 30 minutes or less. It is a company favorite. If you’ve never made it, you must try it this week.

Grilled Chicken over Salad- grill your chicken breasts (we flavor them with Mrs. Dash, which is salt free). Once done, slice the breasts and serve them over a pile of your favorite salad combination. We love bell peppers, radishes, romaine, carrots and cucumbers. Top with dressing and serve with dinner rolls. Yum! (Yes, my children eat this!)

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

Needing help with crockpot issues? Maybe your crockpot cooks too fast? Stephanie, also known in my world as the crockpot lady and the creator of the site  A Year of Slow Cooking, as well as the author of two published crockpot cookbooks, has an excellent piece you must read if yourcrockpot is cooking too fast.
