Weekly Meal Plan 83

Sharing is caring!

Last week we stayed in San Antonio longer than I had expected when I made the meal plan. This is a good thing. I have a few carry over meals for this week. Yippy!

Here is what’s for dinner at our house. Again, it’s hot here, so avoiding heat in the kitchen if at all possible. Has it reached 100 degree weather where you live yet? We are getting close.

Crockpot Taco Soup– might have to cheat on my Nutrisystem diet this day! Maybe. I love me some Taco Soup. (carry over from last week)

Salmon with Hoisin Sauce– this is really really  yummy and has a short ingredient list. The directions instruct to broil this in the oven, which is what I did last time I prepared it. However, I am not heating up my kitchen. I am going to place the fish in foil packets and grill them. Served with steamed rice, dinner salad and rolls. (carry over from last week)

Beef Tips and Noddles– you cook the beef tips in the crockpot all day long and then serve over egg noodles. Served with bread and a steamed veggie. (You could also serve this over steamed rice.)

Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops– served with a dinner salad and steamed buttered veggies.

Crockpot Sloppy Joe’s– my kids are in heaven and I think they could eat this once a week. Served with baked beans and tator tots.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
