Weekly Meal Plan Ideas: Easy Dinner Recipes (Week 209)

Sharing is caring!

Have you prepared your meal plan for this week? I am still trying to adjust to shopping on Thursday for the following week. Somehow I managed to get home with very few veggies this past trip. My kids were totally distracting me.

Nonetheless, this week I have pulled together some really easy dinner recipes for our meal plan. Each of these dinners require limited ingredients, limited babysitting and all of them assemble quickly.

Here is what we’re having this week.

Weekly Meal Plan Ideas

Many Clove Garlic Chicken– usually I make this in the slow cooker, but today I ran out of time. I made this in the oven and it turned out perfect. Served with steamed rice and green beans. The sauce ladled over the rice and chicken is amazing! Also, this time I used thighs and legs instead of breasts. Great both ways!

Quick Spaghetti Recipe– we love this. Luke (8) would eat spaghetti every night if I would make it.

Baked BBQ Salmon– I have some leftover BBQ sauce that needs to be used it. (It is from the BBQ Chicken Pizza from last week). Served with couscous and a veggie.

Omelets– we have eggs to use up! Stuff them full of veggies! Spinach is awesome.

Crockpot Meatloaf– this is super easy. I will share the recipe soon.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

  1. Just wanted to say how much my family and I enjoy your recipe ideas, Crystal. My wife gets bored with the same old recipes and I’ve been able to throw a couple of these her way…like making suggestions when we grocery shop. They are so easy, that it’s been fun to throw out some of your suggestions and see her take off with her own creative twist. I appreciate some of the healthy options, like the omelette ideas. We got avocados and practically made a salad one day for a little brunch. I’m most curious about the BBQ Salmon…haven’t tried that one, yet. Thanks so much for some great recipe ideas here…it’s true the way to a man’s heart…you know:-)
