Supplies Needed:

• our free alphabet printable (scroll to the end of the post to print)
• copy paper
• printer (this is my favorite printer as a homeschool mom)
• glue or glue stick
• scissors

First, I did some of the letter cutting out. Then, I handed the scissors over to Jack and let him cut out the rest. He is super independent and as long as I am supervising him with the scissors I want him to work on his cutting skills.

Your child will work to match and glue the letter cutouts to the correct bee hive.

These are all uppercase letters.

I also let Jack add the glue.

He is trying to learn “dot, dot, not a lot”.

As you can see we are still working on this.

After your little one is done cutting and pasting the honey bees to the correct bee hive, have your little one do some letter tracing with their finger of the alphabet letters on each page.
