- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Cup Carrots, diced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 8-Ounce Can Tomato Sauce
- 6 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 15-Ounce Can Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Garam Masala
- 2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 6 Tablespoons Butter, sliced

- In a large crockpot, add all ingredients except chicken and butter. Stir to combine.
