Large Family Meal Plan Week 239
There are three things that make dinner time easy.
I have been a mom for nineteen years now and these three things change dinnertime at my house.
Can you trust me on this one?
Meal planning is something I started faithfully doing thirteen year ago.
Freezer meals are something I added to that when my twin were little. They are now twelve years old
Online grocery shopping is something I’ve been doing for over a year now. I have not looked back.
These are all things that have made my mama life simpler.
Here is what I am feeding my large family this week.
Large Family Meal Plan
Crockpot Hashbrown Casserole– we made this on set at Good Morning Texas this week. I brought home the one I made live on the show, plugged it in and we ate it for dinner. Man, this is such a filling and delicious casserole it uses a dozen eggs. We used Nellie’s Free Range Eggs. They are antibiotic free. Serve it with Stonyfield yogurt (we like to top it with strawberry and blueberry slices) and you have a protein packed meal.
Sheet Pan Garlic Ranch and Squash– this will be a super easy dinner. This is from our April freezer meal plan. I will serve it with brown rice made in the pressure cooker and a good side salad.
Honey Garlic Salmon– we bought a large salmon fillet and it will be perfect for our family. I will make steamed broccoli and rolls to go with is.
Chicken Broccoli Quinoa– this is also from our April freezer meal assembly. I will serve this with dinner rolls and salad.
Mexican Chili Lime Chicken– this is super easy and can be tossed in the slow cooker. This recipe is from our six week freezer meal plan.
Leftovers– use ’em up!
Here is our egg segment from Good Morning Texas:
Six Week Freezer Meal Plan
If you want to stock your freezer full of meals that you can grab and go. Freezer meal planning takes so much of the load and stress off of you during the week.
In this pack we give you six weeks of meals with recipes, shopping lists and freezer meal assembly instructions.
Grab it here. Get dinner on the table.
I did partner with Nellie’s Free Range Eggs and Stonyfield sponsored the television segment. I do make a $10 credit for anyone who places their first online grocery order using my Walmart link.
