By making a grocery list it will ensure you do not overspend or over shop at the grocery store. You will have a good idea of what your shopping trip will cost before you leave the house and you will be sure not to purchase items you already have on hand as well as not to leave things off that will prevent you from making one of your meal plan dinners.

Makes perfect sense, right?

Here is what I am feeding my family this week.

 

indiana chowder 30 minute meal

 

Puerto Rican Stew– it is super cold her in North Texas right now. This is the perfect warm me up dinner.

Indiana Chowder– served with dinner rolls and a salad.

Baked BBQ Salmon– served with brown rice and a veggie.

Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas– so easy. Served with rice and beans.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes and Ham– I still have ham to use up and this will be perfect! Served with a dinner salad and a steamed veggie.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

  1. A grocery list is absolutely essential. I never shop without one – except when I leave it laying on the kitchen counter when I head to town.
    I have never heard of Indiana Chowder, but it looks wonderful. I’ll be trying the recipe soon!
