Weekly Meal Plan 168: Easy Recipes and #HowtoMealPlan

Sharing is caring!

For most of Texas it was Spring Break last week. Do you find yourself needing routine and structure after a long holiday like that? Sometimes when our routine breaks up from holidays and such it can be hard to get back into the swing of things.

One way to bring some structure into your home is with meal planning. Getting dinner on the table for your family is an awesome routine to start.

Here is what I am feeding my family this week.

Lime Garlic Salmon– served with steamed rice and a steamed veggie.

Angel Hair Chicken Pesto– this recipe will be in my new eBook that will be coming out in the next few months. The book will cover 21 easy recipes that are perfect for busy families and have never published on my site before. Man, this was good (we had it last night). Served with an easy Italian dinner salad.

Crockpot Ravioli– I am going to switch this up a bit using an Alfredo based sauce and adding in some fresh spinach leaves. Served with fruit and bread.

Baked Puerto Rican Chicken– served with rice and salad.

Turkey and Bacon White Sharp Cheddar Sandwiches– served with chips and fruit.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
