Weekly Meal Plan Ideas (Week 219)

Sharing is caring!

I spoke last Friday morning at a local MOPS group about meal planning.  I absolutely love it. I love connecting with other moms, sharing our story and resonating with them. I love when God uses me to help others. Helping moms is something I love doing!

I spent an hour talking about meal planning and my five step process. One of my sister in laws went with me and we have made a list of awesome content ideas. I realized Friday that I have very little content on my site about freezer cooking and people want more of this! It’s on the list!

I also spent time chatting with other ladies about homeschooling and raising babies. I love talking to mamas who are in the trenches with raising kids. I also love chatting with the moms who are now mentoring others and their children are grown. Share your wisdom with us! Please!!

Here is what we’re eating this week. I found lots of salmon in my freezer that needs to be used up…. this is why you see salmon twice this week on the menu!

Weekly Meal Plan Ideas

Beef Tacos– this is always an easy meal! Here is how I batch cook taco meat. I will make Puerto Rican Rice (a family favorite) and serve it with chips and homemade salsa I bought at the farmers market.

Asian Grilled Salmon– except I am making it in the oven. Served with rice and fresh fruit.

Honey Garlic Chicken– can’t wait to try this! It’s a stovetop meal. While this is going I have some zucchini and squash I want to use as a side, I will likely toss it in the oven.

Yogurt Dill Salmon– served with a spinach feta salad and a Parmesan asparagus.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!!easy recipes for busy moms
