Weekly Meal Plan: Summer Cooking with Real Easy Recipes (Week 178) #howtomealplan

Sharing is caring!

Right now I am in the process of perfecting many of the recipes that will be in my upcoming eBook which will cover 21 Real Easy Recipes that are perfect for busy families. I am still on the hunt for a few more dinner ideas, but everything is coming together nicely and will be ready for you guys to enjoy and download just in time for back to school when life is crazy hectic.

The eBook will also include printable grocery lists for each recipe, printable recipe cards and some blank recipe cards for jotting on your own favorite dinner idea.

Remember, building up that list of 21 recipes that meet your recipe criteria is key for successful weekly meal planning. If you struggle with getting dinner on the table right now, I can teach you how to meal plan.

Without further ado, here is my meal plan for the week. Cooking in the crockpot is perfect for summertime- it is already smoldering here in Texas. The crockpot keeps the kitchen cool. When I do cook in the oven during the summer months, I limit it to recipes that cook quickly, like pizza.

Weekly Meal Plan

Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken– served over Coconut Jasmine Rice. This was easy and delish, we had it last night. I will be sharing the rice recipe here this week here on the site and the Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken will be in my upcoming eBook.

Crockpot Ravioli– this is perfect for summer and make a double batch and serve it for lunch this week since the kids are out of school. Served with an easy Italian side  salad and rolls.

White Pizza– this is a recipe I want to share with you guys in the new eBook, but I am trying to perfect a great pizza dough. White Pizza is really easy- no sauce, just use garlic and oil and then top with Mozzarella cheese. I made this about a six weeks ago and used refrigerator pizza dough, which is totally do-able, but a homemade pizza dough recipe will kick i up a notch. Served with fresh fruit and carrot sticks.

Crockpot Creamy Chicken and Black Bean Tacos– these are amazing. I think I could make them once a week and everyone would be very happy. Served with Puerto Rican Rice.

Crockpot Chicken and Noodles– super easy and very much a comfort food. Served with fresh fruit and rolls.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
