Ingredients for Mini Cream Cheese Danish:

Danish Ingredients:

  • 2 tube of crescent roll dough (I love Pillsbury crescent rolls)
  • 1 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of light brown sugar
  • Blackberry Jam (or blueberry/strawberry jam)

Lemon Glaze Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step by Step How to Make This Easy Recipe for Crescent Roll Cream Cheese Danishes

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. As the oven is heating, take and unroll the crescent rolls.
  3. Use the melted butter and spread it on the dough and then top that with a sprinkle of brown sugar.
  4. Once done, roll back up the crescent roll dough and cut into small circles.
  5. Put on a cookie sheet that you’ve lined with parchment paper.
  6. Take and make certain to press down the middle of the dough.
  7. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  8. Take and put into the middle of the dough.
  9. Put a drop of Blackberry Jam or other Fruit Spread on top.
  10. Put in the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. To make the glaze, combine all ingredients.
  12. Take out of the oven once the time is up and immediately drizzle the glaze over the danishes.
