  • 4 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
  • 25 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies 
  • 1/4 Cup of White Chocolate Chips
  • 12 Ounces of softened Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 Cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of divided Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup of Mini Cadbury Chocolate Eggs
  • Extra Mini Cadbury Chocolate Eggs for garnishing

Instructions

Using a food processor, grind up 1 cup of the chocolate eggs until crushed. Set aside.


Once done add the melted butter and cookies to the food processor and blend until crumbs are made.


Put the blended cookie crust into the small bowl and pop it in the fridge.
Grab a large bowl and mix together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar using a mixer.


Stir in vanilla.


Using a microwaveable bowl, add the white chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Pop in the microwave on high for about 20 seconds, then stir. Do this until melted.


Once melted, add to the cream cheese mixture and mix.
